As we age, our bodies sometimes start telling us .. help!

If you have an issue, look it up on EarthClinic.com or Amazon. You can sure learn a lot. People readily share their experiences and supplement knowledge.

I recommend Qunol (turmeric) for pain,

Magwell (nerve issues, regularity, stress, sleep)

and longterm Monolaurin to clean your body out.

As much as possible rid your body of deep-fried restaurant food. At home: pasture-raised beef, chicken, eggs, butter. Learn (or contact me) to make sourdough bread: water, flour, salt! Cheap, healthy, easy, delicious. More organic produce. Less packaged food.

Eating (like most of life) is habitual. You’ll be surprised what a few weeks of minor changes can do for sleep, mood, and energy.

I started learning this 30 years ago, now it’s your turn!
